Guidance issued by the Government confirms that estate and letting agents can continue to work provided that we operate strict procedures to ensure work can be carried out safely. We have reviewed our methods of operation and, following our assessment of the deterioration in the severity of the pandemic nationally, we are introducing some changes to the service we provide to our landlords.
