How much is my home worth?
Every home is different. During your valuation, we'll consider your property's location, condition, features and current market demand to provide an accurate valuation based on today's market.

How long does a valuation take?

Most appointments take around 30-60 minutes, giving us enough time to understand your property and discuss your plans.

Do I need to prepare anything?

No extensive preparation is needed. If you've recently improved or extended your property, it can be helpful to mention these during your appointment.

What happens during the valuation?

We'll take a look around your property, discuss the local market, provide a valuation and explain how we'd market your home if you decide to sell.

The valuation manager will be looking at a number of factors when valuing your property. This will include things like location, number of rooms including bedrooms and bathrooms, if there is a study or outside office space. 

They will also be looking at the external and internal presentation of the property as well as the structural condition of the property. 

If you have any different features in your property such as underfloor heating, energy recovery schemes, additional land or parking options then you can share that with the valuation manager at the valuation.
