When you choose to let your property with JNP it is important that you understand and are aware of the landlord fees for the services that we provide. As well as our offering of service levels (Fully Managed 14.4%, Rent Collect 12%, Tenant Find 9.6%) there are a range of additonal fees that you may incur for certain activities.
