After receiving an online estimate, book an in-person valuation for a more accurate figure. Then decide whether to let privately or through an agent, and prepare your property for marketing.

Is there a cost for an accurate lettings valuation?

At JNP we offer property valuations free of charge. After your valuation, you may choose to use our services. Visit our landlord services page to find out more about what we offer and our fees.

What is an online lettings valuation based on?

The valuation is generated automatically using Land Registry data and property listings data.

It doesn't take into account any developments made to a property so may not include any additional bedrooms or features such as an outside office or an en-suite that you may have added.

To get a more accurate valuation, we always recommend booking a free in-person valuation.

What’s the benefit of an online lettings valuation?

Our online valuation tool will give you a quick estimated value of your property. This is based on what properties like yours have let for recently. It will never be as accurate as an in-person valuation, where a lettings agent with expert knowledge of the area and rental market will visit your property, but it's good first step to finding out what your property could be let for.
