Personal Development

Everybody has a personal development plan which they meet on a 1-2-1 basis with a Director and or the Training Manager once a month.

Goals are set both from a career, results and a personal achievement basis and everyone is encouraged to pursue out of work goals especially family & charity/fund raising.

Apprenticeships

At JNP we have a number of Apprentices across the business who are getting invaluable training in a role as well as working towards formal accreditation. 

We support Apprenticeships across the business, and have apprentices who are just starting out from school right through to established members of staff who are taking the training to further their knowledge and support career development. 

Graduates

We welcome graduates to JNP and have a range of roles that would suitable a wide variety of disciplines from business management through to accounts. We provide a forward thinking environment where ambition is recognised and rewarded through structured career plans.
