Covid update - Inventories and check-ins

Due to the importance of an accurate inventory, check-in and check-out we can confirm at present these are continuing to go ahead with no contact. 

This means that in most cases landlords and tenants are able to be present at check out, however this will not impact on the outcome of the report. 

Likewise with check-ins in most cases the check in will be complete and then keys handed over outside the property at an agreed time. 

We are keeping arrangements with our suppliers under review to minimise disruption wherever possible.
