New homes experience

We have been selling new homes since we opened in 1994. In 2000 we launched a dedicated department to deal with land acquisition and the sale of new homes. This was followed by South Bucks, our very first office in Crendon Street at the beginning of 2014 which is solely dedicated to the sale of New Homes and Land Development.

The department is now run by an experienced team covering all aspects of new homes from planning stage right through to finding clients their first new home.
