Our busy Lettings Department are looking for a Lettings negotiator to join their growing team. Reporting to the relevant Branch Manager, duties include:

Registering applicants, booking viewings, booking valuations, taking incoming telephone enquiries, carrying out viewings with potential tenants, booking financial services appointments, as well as administration duties to assist the Lettings team.

A full clean driving license and own vehicle is required. A confident individual with excellent telephone manner is essential.

This is a full time role which will also require the successful applicant to work weekends on a rota basis.

JNP Estate Agents are looking for an experienced Residential Sales Valuer to join their team in High Wycombe and contribute to the effective operation of the instruction operation team by securing instructions, ensuring quality and accuracy of all marketing related to listings.

Key responsibilities within the role will be to: 

Conduct residential valuations in line with JNP processes, procedures and company values presenting to a wide range of potential clients

Implement a clear system to ensure regular follow up of all instruction opportunities

Identify opportunities within the market, aligning focus accordingly

Ensuring the correct information and understanding of each client’s needs

Actively participate in the instruction process, managing ongoing register reviews

Maintain internal standards delivering high quality marketing.

Maintain targeted conversion rates and fee levels

Achieve required penetration rates for both Financial Services and Conveyancing conversion

Sales ProgressorHigh Wycombe


JNP are looking for an experienced Home Mover to join their busy company. You will be processing sales to exchange and completion and supporting all sales staff. Working for a prestigious and leading industry brand a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.

Role duties & responsibilities include: achieve and exceed sales targets, support the team by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors, responding to queries vie email and over the phone, provide a professional, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude, which is to be maintained at all times when dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone.
