Fine and Country our prestigious brand are looking for an Administration and Marketing Co-ordinator for our Hazlemere office.

The role will be supporting the sales team, implementing advertising and marketing plans and compliance management.

This will suit someone with outstanding attention to detail, a good eye creatively and a willingness to get stuck in no matter what the job.

The role is a maternity cover until 1st January 2018 with additional 3 month contracts thereafter.


Home Mover

High Wycombe

JNP are looking for an experienced Home Mover to join their busy company. You will be processing sales to exchange and completion and supporting all sales staff. Working for a prestigious and leading industry brand a high level of personal presentation is essential, as is experience working in a similar role.

Role duties & responsibilities include: achieve and exceed sales targets, support the team by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors, responding to queries vie email and over the phone, provide a professional, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude, which is to be maintained at all times when dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone.

Skills & Qualifications required: strong industry and product knowledge, good IT skills, excellent customer service and communication skills.

Property Manager

High Wycombe


JNP Residential Lettings are seeking an experienced full time Property Manager to join their expanding team currently working from the High Wycombe Lettings Office. 

The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years residential Lettings experience with at least 12 months experience working in residential property management and hold a full drivers licence and their own vehicle.  A good telephone manner and excellent written communication skills is a must to provide our client base with a high standard of customer service. 


Customer Care 

High Wycombe

Our busy central hub is expanding! JNP have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic person to join our Customer Care team based in High Wycombe Head Office. 

Basic office skills are required and a confident approach and good telephone manner are essential.

As well as providing general customer service duties to current and future clients, the role includes generating valuations for all branches, dealing with enquiries via telephone, The JNP Partnership website and all the major portals, and converting these leads into applicants registered on the main database.

Estate Agency experience would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. This is a full time office based position, Monday - Friday 8:30am - 6:00pm. 

Weekend Sales AssistantHigh Wycombe and Hazlemere 

We are always looking for weekend staff to join our busy offices, and currently have vacancies for Saturday's at our High Wycombe sales office and our Land and New Homes, as well as our Fine and Country office in Hazlemere. 

Role duties include: meeting potential buyers at properties to show them around, registering applicants on the system, booking viewings and valuations, obtaining leads for our solicitors and mortgage advisors, responding to queries vie email or over the phone, and supporting the sales teams with other admin duties in the office. 

The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, helpful, honest, and confident when dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone. No experience necessary as full training will be provided. Car owner essential.
