Role duties & responsibilities include: achieve and exceed sales targets, support the team by building the sales pipeline as well as liaising with solicitors and mortgage advisors, responding to queries vie email and over the phone, provide a professional, friendly, helpful, honest and efficient attitude, which is to be maintained at all times when dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone.

Weekend Sales AssistantHazlemere and High Wycombe 

We are always looking for weekend staff to join our busy offices, and currently have vacancies for Saturday's at our Lettings office in High Wycombe, as well as our Fine and Country Homes and Residential Sales offices in Hazlemere. 

Role duties include: meeting potential buyers at properties to show them around, registering applicants on the system, booking viewings and valuations, obtaining leads for our solicitors and mortgage advisors, responding to queries vie email or over the phone, and supporting the sales teams with other admin duties in the office. 

The ideal candidate will be professional, friendly, helpful, honest, and confident when dealing with the public face to face and over the telephone. No experience necessary as full training will be provided. Car owner essential.

Lettings ApprenticeHigh Wycombe 

The JNP partnership are looking for an apprentice to join their busy lettings team based in High Wycombe. The role will offer experience and training in many different administration roles within an office environment, along with gaining experience and knowledge of the private residential lettings industry. The role will work alongside the administration team along with the front line office and offer support and assistance to current members of staff in their roles. The role has the ability to progress and development for the right individual. Full training will be given alongside the relevant apprenticeship course. . 

Handy ManHigh Wycombe 

Fed up of being self-employed? The JNP Partnership are looking for a General Handyman/maintenance engineer to join their expanding team full time.

Based in High Wycombe, the busy property management department are looking for a general handyman/maintenance engineer to join the team and assist them with the day to day maintenance issues reported by the tenants from the managed portfolio. The successful individual will need to need to be multi skilled and be able to apply themselves to general maintenance works around the home and office. The role will also require some telephone and computer work, along with communicating with both tenants and landlords, so a friendly and confident manner is essential as well as showing initiative and pride in their work.

Duties could include: Fitting curtain rails, blinds and blind cleats, Re-sealing of the bath, shower trays, kitchen sinks and work tops, Re-grouting of secure tiles, Repairs to kitchen units and fitting new kitchen units, Fitting of toilet seats, Fit tap washers, Replacing shower heads and hoses, Planning doors, Fitting and securing of door handles, Fitting and securing of floor thresholds, Fitting or securing front plates of plug sockets and switches, Putting up/installing shelves, Laying of laminate floors, Redecorating- painting and wallpapering, Filling holes and cracks in walls and making good, Washing, treating and repainting mould, water damage etc, Garden tidying such as mowing lawns, cutting hedges, weeding and general tidying including power washing, Pest proofing , Changing of light bulbs and batteries in door bells and smoke alarms, Fitting new smoke alarms, Clearing/cleaning guttering and fitting new guttering if needed, Replacing broken or fallen fence panels, Securing loose paving, Clearing unwanted possessions/rubbish from vacated properties, Assembling furniture, Collect and install new appliances, Remove and dispose of old appliances, Window and domestic cleaning, Accompanying engineers at properties. Carrying out general maintenance works to the JNP offices, Providing quotes for works as requested by the landlord and or PM team, Writing up quotes and or reports on works quoted for.

The hours will be 8:30am- 6pm Monday to Friday and every other Saturday .
