Terms and Conditions

  1. To enter the Competition, You must book a valuation between 1 June 2024 and 31 August 2024. Valuation must take place by Sunday 8 September 2024.
  2. You may only submit one entry to this promotion.
  3. Details of the winners will be shared on JNP’s Facebook pages, at https://www.facebook.com/JNPestateagents
  4. By submitting an entry to the Competition, You agree to JNP publishing your name for the sole purpose of identifying You as the author of your entry and winner of the Competition.
  5. Employees of JNP and the wider LSL Property Services Plc Group are ineligible to enter this competition.
  6. Staff members from JNP will select the winning entry on 9 September 2024. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Entering the Competition means that You accept these Terms and Conditions.
  8. The winner will be asked to nominate a school in the HP27 postcode area, who will receive a donation of £200.
  9. The prize cannot be exchanged or transferred by You and cannot be redeemed by You for cash or any other prizes.
  10. Insofar as is permitted by law, JNP accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury or disappointment incurred or suffered by You as a result of entering the Competition or accepting the prize.
  11. No purchase is necessary.
  12. The Promoter of the Competition is JNP. JNP is a trading name, independently owned and operated under licence from LSLi Limited by AIG (KH) Ltd (company number 14772222), registered in England at 5 Brooklands Place, Brooklands Road, Sale, Cheshire, England, M33 3SD.  Any complaints regarding the Competition should be sent to this address.
  13. The Competition shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
