I was on the hunt for a new place to live after an unfortunate breakup & found two properties which I wanted to see. From the initial phone call with Phoebe I could tell that this agency was approachable and friendly. Viewings were organised quickly and fell in love with the second one I saw. Katherine showed me around both properties and was so kind and down to earth and was flexible with me being late. Once I put an offer in and went through referencing both Phoebe and Leanne were with me every step of the way, responding to emails with speed and answering my 20 questions. This whole process was an absolute breeze and very grateful for both Phoebe and Leanne for finding my next home. I would also like to thank Samuel who also took time out of his day to let me back into the property so I could measure for my furniture.
