I can’t fault the staff enough. Dom was amazing punctual honest open and answered any questions I had and got back regarding ones he couldn’t answer at the time. Being my first move it’s certainly made me feel at ease with how his interaction was with helping me always answering the phone checking in and even making sure up until the point of accepting that he stayed in touch. Furthermore i also have to give credit to Lindsey absolutely incredible from start to even the handover day what usually seems a daunting process I feel was made effortless by the way im which I was looked after. Constantly answering every question always working the best she could on my behalf friendly vibrant and a very comforting approach. Telephone and email manner was very professional and truly helped with the understanding of processes and overseeing things I may have forgotten. If I looked after my finances like these two looked after me i would be a very wealthy man. I will for sure if I ever change place locally again be coming to Jnp.
