I would like to mention the excellent service I have received from Chloe Walker to resolve a rather involved repair issue with the water heater in my property. Thanks to Chloe’s efforts this has been done and both the tenant and I are grateful for her efforts.

We have had issues with a tenant providing access to enable so repairs and servicing to be carried out, and Chloe at JNP has been fantastic in keeping us up to date and managing the situation to a satisfactory conclusion. Highly recommended.
