We have recently moved out of a property managed by JNP Estate Agents after almost eight wonderful years, and I felt it was important to leave a review reflecting our experience. This was our very first rented home as a newly married couple, and later it became the first flat for our son. Over those eight years, we created countless memories there, making it a very special place for our family. Throughout the entire tenancy, JNP were consistently professional, efficient, and highly organised. We experienced very few issues, but whenever something did arise, it was dealt with promptly and effectively. Communication was always clear and straightforward, and the team were approachable and supportive at all times. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well managed, just like the whole tenancy. We were also very pleased that our deposit was returned in full without any complications.
