On the administrative side of the operation I found my dealings with Lindsay to be excellent. On the letting side follow up is poor, also concerned over unsolicited communications from a company (with a telephone number in Exeter) preporting to be another arm of the business. As for the hoops one has to jump through for Goodlord. Unreal.....
