Property updates on your mobile
All JNP customers can stay up to date with every step of your sale, let, purchase and tenancy. Introducing the My JNP app where customers can get notifications about your property journey directly to your mobile.
There is a website based app, which means it can only be installed through your account. You won’t find it in the App Store or Google Play. When you login to your My JNP account and follow the steps to complete your account, one of those steps is “Install app”. Then follow your device prompts.

If your device uses FaceID, this can be enabled once the app is installed.
It does not appear in the app store or Google Play because it is a website based app, not a traditional app. After you have logged into your account on your phone and installed the app through your account area, the My JNP app appears on your device home screen and behaves like any other app.

The online account area is integrated into My JNP, which gives you online access to all your property information whether you're a seller, buyer, landlord or tenant. To access it, visit the My JNP login page or register if you're accessing it for the first time.
