JNP Land & New Homes sales was set up over ten years ago and specialises in the marketing and sale of new homes for developers of all sizes, as well as operating a Land Department offering consultancy to would-be land sellers and finding suitable purchasers. Our philosophy is to operate a marketing orientated pro-active service drawing on the experience of our New Homes staff which have many years working in the local area.
